Help

Short answers to the questions new runners ask. Not here? Write to support@bluegemcompany.com, or use Report an issue under Profile in the app; screenshots help.

Getting started

Sign up with Apple, Google or email. With email, tap the link in the message on the phone you signed up with: FitFlow opens already signed in. On a computer the link shows a page saying your address is confirmed; then open the app on your phone and sign in.

No email? Check Spam, then tap Resend link on the Check your email screen.

Your first run

Tap Record, tap Start, and go. Lock your phone whenever you like; FitFlow keeps recording until you stop. Home shows a short checklist for your first week: record a run, follow a runner, join a club, pick a plan or set a goal, turn on notifications. Each row is the action itself.

GPS accuracy

Importing from Strava, Garmin and others

Profile → Import activities takes GPX, TCX or FIT files. Garmin .FIT files import directly, straight from the watch or Garmin Connect. Records and stats are recalculated after an import.

Getting the files

FitFlow imports files rather than connecting to Strava directly, because Strava's terms do not allow that for apps like this one.

What Pro adds
